When strong winds and relentless rains from a recent typhoon swept across Bustos, Bulacan, many families in the barangays of Malamig and Poblacion were left grappling with the aftermath—damaged homes, flooded streets, and an overwhelming sense of uncertainty.
In response to this, Macspower Corporation, a long-time advocate for sustainability and community resilience, stepped forward with more than just solar energy. This time, the company brought warmth, care, and hope to the people of Bustos through a relief distribution drive aimed at supporting affected families during one of their most difficult moments.
The relief operation, held in Barangay Malamig and Barangay Poblacion, was a collective effort powered by compassion and unity. Volunteers and community leaders came together to ensure that help reached those who needed it most.
The success of the relief efforts would not have been possible without the invaluable support of local leaders. Macspower extends its deepest gratitude to:
Kap. Arnold Mendoza, the barangay kagawads, Sec. Gani San Gabriel, barangay tanods, and the entire Barangay Malamig staff for their hands-on assistance and coordination.
Kap. Chito Hernandez, the barangay kagawads, SK Chair Dianne Robles, barangay tanods, and the whole Barangay Poblacion team, whose dedication ensured a smooth and meaningful distribution.
Residents expressed heartfelt thanks, not only for the goods they received but for the reassurance that they were seen, heard, and supported.
Through this initiative, Macspower continues to demonstrate that its mission goes beyond technology and innovation. The company remains grounded in the Filipino values of bayanihan, empathy, and community service—lighting up lives not only through solar power but also through acts of kindness.
Together, we rise.
